This Round Enamelled Copper Wire features a THEIC-modified polyester or polyesterimide basecoat with a polyamide-imide overcoat, offering excellent thermal endurance and mechanical strength. It is highly suitable for high-speed winding processes and provides superior resistance to transformer oils, common industrial solvents, and Freon.
Widely used in electric motors, transformers, various types of coils, and electrical devices, this wire is available in Gr 2 (0.090–6.00 mm) and Gr 3 (0.355–6.00 mm) diameter ranges. Standard packaging options include PT25, PT60, and PT90, depending on the specific size and grade.
