GPO3 polyester glass laminate is a glass reinforced thermoset polyester displaying excellent electrical properties in ark and track resistance. It is also extremely strong, dimensionally stable and stiff, making it suitable for many applications in mechanical and electro-mechanical sectors. The material meets the specification requirements of Nema GPO3 making it flame retardant.
GPO3 is easily machined due to its extreme rigidity and stiffness. The same characteristics make it popular for bespoke structural parts and components that require excellent durability and stability. We have several in-house CNC facilities that allow us to convert this material, including milling, turning, sawing and drilling equipment. Application:
Because of the material’s many electrical properties, GPO3 sheets are widely used across various industrial fields. This material is most often employed in electrical, mechanical and electromechanical applications but is also suitable for applications with a high demand for safe and economical materials, such as construction, transit and marine.
